Remarques & avis / Review — A curious and beautiful tale, with a strange atmosphere, of a gifted, tired and aging clown, of people who laugh and then complain, and of a little boy, circus spectator of every night, who does not laugh but worries. A great book with superb illustrations.
Une curieuse et belle histoire, à l'étrange atmosphère, d'un Pierrot doué vieillissant fatigué, de gens qui rient puis se plaignent, et d'un petit garçon, spectateur du cirque de tous soirs, qui ne rit mais s'inquiète. Très beau livre aux superbes illustrations.
Divers / Misc. — En clin d'œil : Pierrot utilise un jeu de cartes Nintendo ! — une dizaine d'années avant l'arrivée de la NES / famicom.
