Remarques & avis / Review — TANAHASHI Shisui (1906-1991) est un photographe japonais renommé, originaire d'Osaka, élève de YASUI Nakaji, qui travailla principalement en noir et blanc, avec paysages et scènes de rue, et vint à la couleur à la fin de sa carrière (Voyage en mer Égée). Excellentes réalisation, facture & clichés de voyage, au Japon (Yasugatake) et en Grande Bretagne.
Shisui TANAHASHI (1906-1991) is a renowned Japanese photographer from Osaka. Pupil to Nakaji YASUI, he mainly worked in black & white with landscapes and street shots, and came to color print towards the end of his career (Travelling in the Aegean Sea). Excellent realisation, crafting & travel shots from Great Britain and Japan (Yasugatake).
