Remarques & avis / Review — Tadayuki NAITO (1941-) follows the famous Japanese jazz trumpet player HINO Terumasa (1942-) — remarkable, finely printed, grainy monochrome pictures, mostly taken in 1968-69 in studio recording sessions and live (New York, San Francisco), also some portraits with fellow musicians, artists and friends (OZAWA Seiji, WATANABE Sadao, Steve GROSSMAN, Chick COREA, Richard WILLIAMS, INOKUMA Genichiro, etc.). A fantastic collaboration between a photographer and a musician. Uncommon.
