Remarques & avis / Review — The portrait of the famous orchestra conductor Seiji OZAWA by Hajime SAWATARI in the early 1970s. In more than one way a fine, 1970s-like work, of contrasted monochrome photographs, with deep blacks and some very grainy shots, very much in Nadia's style. And a rare male subject in Sawatari's works!
Le portrait du célèbre chef d'orchestre OZAWA Seiji par SAWATARI Hajime au début des années 1970. Un excellent ouvrage typique "années 1970" à plus d'un titre, de photographies monochromes aux noirs profonds et quelques clichés à très gros grain, très proche du style de Nadia. Et un rare sujet masculin dans l'œuvre de Sawatari !
