Remarques & avis / Review — An excellent 1960s issue of the deluxe monthly version of the magazine Taiyo, dedicated to Nikko and Oze (numerous beautiful color photos by Takeji IWAMIYA, Eisuke SHIMAUCHI and Shiro SHIRAHATA), Japanese housing & interior design and its future in the 1960s (fine b&w pictures by Osamu MURAI), Japan's Aircraft Industry (photos by Shunkichi KIKUCHI) and local woodwork (great portraits with deep blacks by Narimi ITO). The 1960s are one of Taiyo's best period: layout design paragon, excellent paper and printing.
Un excellent numéro des années 1960 de la version mensuelle de luxe de la revue Taiyo, consacré à Nikko et Oze (belles et nombreuses photos couleur par IWAMIYA Takeji, SHIMAUCHI Eisuke et SHIRAHATA Shiro), le logement et l'arrangement intérieur japonais et son avenir dans les années 1960 (bonnes photos n&b par MURAI Osamu), l'industrie aérienne japonaise (photos par KIKUCHI Shunkichi) et l'artisanat local du bois (superbes portraits aux noirs profonds par ITO Narimi). Les Taiyo des années 1960 sont les plus beaux: des maquettes exemplaires, excellents papier et impressions.
