Remarques & avis / Review — A wonderful insight of the region of Kohoku (Shiga prefecture, Japan) by Tatsuo KONDO (1916-1992): superb monochrome landscapes and excellent snapshots and portraits, an impressively serene photography, that sometimes reminds of Michael KENNA's, in a beautifully crafted volume. Quite uncommon. A personal favorite.
