Très beau livre, abondamment illustré à pleine page des bonnes photographies d'OKURA Shunji, qui présente une quarantaine de plats japonais très traditionnels, spécifiques aux saisons et préfectures, avec ingrédients, plats à utiliser, histoire et commentaire. Facture irréprochable et une touche " années 1970" des plus heureuses.
