Description — Narrow folio (41.5 x 19.8 cm), 2 f.
2 leaves, one illustrated, one with text (proverbs in Japanese, in blue; in background, the card kana in latin alphabet in large red caps over blue-yellow color shading), both printed in color. Text in Japanese (kana). Uncut.

État / Condition — Good (light wear to edges, lacks to corners)

Remarques & avis / Review — A fine Japanese Iroha Karuta game (Edo version), probably from the 1950s, in 2 large plates (one with the illustrations, the other with the proverbs), meant to be cut into cards, here untouched (rare). Very colorful, funny and distinctive illustrations!
