Description — 8vo (26 x 19.5 x 2 cm), 5 pop-up scenes (spreads) with movable elements, pict. hardcover, matching slipcase. With the original stickers that were under the shrink-wrap.

Condition — EXCELLENT (this copy was still sealed in shrink-wrap when acquired; light foxing nevertheless).

Review — A wonderful and inventive pop-up adaptation of the anime version of AKATSUKA Fujio's famous Himitsu no Akko-chan that aired in 1969-70. Most pop-up scenes have internal movable elements (the heroin's dress can be transformed, upper bodies can be moved, the boat can be rowed).
