Remarques & avis / Review — Seven young Japanese photographers — among which Yurie NAGASHIMA, Keiko NOMURA, Katsumi OMORI, Keizo MOTODA, Arata DODO, Shinya ARIMOTO and Jin OHASHI — collaborate with poets (cf. Misc.) for a fine, not exactly light-hearted, snapshot Tokyo slice of life, between girly pics, punk rock and despair. A personal preference for Shinya ARIMOTO's troubling and powerful series and Yurie NAGASHIMA's eery portraits.
