Remarques & avis / Review — The second volume, and our favorite, of the excellent first series of the 'accidents'. After the charming Kanako HIGUCHI, Kishin SHINOYAMA deals, in tropical climate here, a real Japanese looker boy in Adam's outfit, Masahiro MOTOKI, a former boys-band member and now renowned actor (main actor in Takita Yojiro's Okuribito, prized at the 2009 Oscars, along with Ryoko HIROSUE). It caused quite a scandal at the time. Still those profound blacks et judicious contrasts, which will even deepen in accidents 3 with Shinobu OTAKE. A beautiful photobook and one of Shinoyama's best.
Deuxième volume, et notre préféré, de la première et excellente série des "accidents". Après la charmante HIGUCHI Kanako, SHINOYAMA Kishin nous livre, en climat tropical, un vrai beau gosse nippon en habit d'Adam, MOTOKI Masahiro, ancien membre de boys' band et à présent acteur renommé (rôle principal dans l'Okuribito de Takita Yojiro, prîmé aux Oscars 2009, aux côtés de HIROSUE Ryoko). Causa un petit scandale à l'époque. Toujours ces noirs profonds et ces contrastes judicieux, qui seront encore creusés dans accidents 3 avec OTAKE Shinobu. Un très beau livre et l'un des meilleurs Shinoyama.
