Remarques & avis / Review — Lolita no Ondo is a murder short story by SHIRAKURA Yumi (1965-), in a pretty, well-crafted volume. Kaoru IZIMA's beautiful, exact, aesthetic and detailed photographs serve as the illustration and impress as they depict the young Japanese voice actress and singer Aya HIRANO (born in 1987) in contrasted scenes, alive in a green amusement park and an empty city, dead on a blue beach and coast.

Lolita no Ondo est une nouvelle meurtrière de SHIRAKURA Yumi (1965-), dans un charmant volume bien fini. L'illustration par les photographies d'IJIMA Kaoru, toujours aussi belles, exactes, esthétiques, recherchées dans le détail, est impressionnante, représentant la jeune doubleuse et chanteuse japonaise HIRANO Aya (née en 1987) en un contraste de scènes, vivante en parc d'attraction vert et ville dépleuplée, morte sur une plage et côte bleues.

Remarques & avis / Review — These imposing Works gathers, sorted by year, the best photographs and portraits of HIROMIX as a professional photographer during the previous five years : Japanese actors and actresses, singers, rock celebrities, groups... Next to these rather casuals shots is found a few superb recent self-portraits and pictures from her previous photobooks and friends (Girls Blue, Hiromix). An excellent collection, in a very well-crafted volume, which won her the famous Ihei Kimura Photography Award in 2001.

L'imposante œuvre rassemble, classés par année, les meilleures photographies et les portraits les plus réussis d'HIROMIX photographe professionnelle durant les cinq années précédentes : acteurs et actrices japonais, chanteurs, célébrités rock, groupes... À côté de ces clichés plutôt casuels l'on trouve quelques superbes auto-portraits récents et des photos de ses précédents photobooks et amis (Girls Blue, Hiromix). Un excellent ensemble, dans un volume très bien fini, qui lui valut de remporter le fameux prix de photographie Ihei Kimura en 2001.
