Remarques & avis / Review — The true showcase of printing in the Japan of the 1960s and 70s. Graphic Arts Japan is an excellent publication, which joins ground articles (see below) and a great variety of illustrations (silver-gold, in 3D...) and engravings (photo-litho., copper, intaglio, various combinations...). Our favorites in this vol. 19 : the truly astounding colorful parrot in foam printing (application for Braille printing), the obijime (sash band) from Ishida Taiseisha Printing, the very cute calendar illustration print (skillful sweet potato print !), and a beautiful bronze flower basket (Mitsumura Printing).
