Review — A wonderful special issue of Asahi Camera dedicated to the little-known and prolific photography of Japan's most famous painter, TAKEHISA Yumeji (1884-1934): women of course, landscapes and people, mostly in very modern blurry b&w and slanted angles. Also: a few of his paintings (commented by YOKOO Tadanori) and drawings amongs his pictures, and more general section about photography in the Taisho period.

Misc. — Unsurprisingly (similarities between TAKEHISA's & MORIYAMA's landscapes being quite evident), this issue includes one article by MORIYAMA Daido. Also some visual contributions by UEDA Shoji, NAKAMURA Rikko...
