Remarques & avis / Review — Shiro TATSUMI (1938-2003) was a dark and colorful comet of the 1960s-70s. His drawings and paintings are full of chaotic visions, of distorted men gnawed away by sex, industry and war, walking on a tightrope with Japanese umbrellas, highjacked landscapes, machines and animals, zombie-schoolgirls, and, sometimes, a tree. A fantastic book, with great, crazy portraits of the artist by Masatoshi NAITO at the end.
