Remarques & avis / Review — A fine issue of the quality, Japanese photography monthly magazine Asahi Camera, mainly dedicated to the Outside, with some very remarkable features: three peculiar visions of early-1970s China by Kishin SHINOYAMA, Ihei KIMURA and Kazuo KITAI (incidentally born in Mandchuria); two fine photo-travelogs in Greece by Noriaki YOKOSUKA and Norio OSAKI; great streetshots of New York by YOSHIDA Daiho; Yutaka TAKANASHI's and Shinzo HANABUSA's bits of Kyoto; impressive Hokkaido panels by Daido MORIYAMA (that mark his return in photography as he was coming out of his depression and artistic slump), and more!
