Remarques & avis / Review — The impressive collection of grass, trees & flowers gathered by the Japanese businessman TSUBOUCHI Hisao (1914-1999), in a fine portfolio of pictures by Shimpei ASAI on separate plates and thick paper. Color rendering is sometimes eery and gives a refreshing touch to these traditional Japanese vegetable landscapes & details.

L'impressionnante collection de graminées, arbres et fleurs rassemblée par l'homme d'affaire japonais TSUBOUCHI Hisao (1914-1999), en un beau portfolio de clichés d'ASAI Shimpei sur planches séparées et papier fort. Le rendu d'impression est parfois étrange et donne une touche rafraîchissante à ces paysages et détails végétaux traditionnels japonais.
